Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The cold has let up a bit. It's in the low 60's. Winds from the South East, but turbulent. The legs felt good to start. I made it to the summit of the descent in good time. I cruised the downhill, soft pedaling most of the way. I put in two good digs over the risers. The wind shifted directions, in my favor. I made it to the base. I don't remember the elapsed time, but it was around 26 minutes or so. I headed back, no stopping. I kept my arm and knee warmers on. The ascent went quick. I had stuff to think about, and the music kept me company. I kept the tempo steady. No heroics. I made it to the summit in about 1:05 hours. Concentration was good. Few lapses. The morale is high. I had stuff to think about, and it made the time go by faster. Balance and form felt good. The cleat position feels good. Gear worked well. The Glympse tracker worked today. I think I need to service the headset, as it is making some clicking noises now and again. Ailments, next to none. Just some hand soreness. Nutrition was good. I went through most of my Gatorade. No water. Other notes, I saw one other cyclist and some friendly motor cyclists that gave courteous waves.
