Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was a quick ride. The weather was nice and cool, winds from the north west. I got out in the early afternoon. I wore the standard kit. I wanted to get in a vigorous ride and that's exactly what I did. I also wanted to test my new power bank for the Gopro. More about that later. I felt good from the start. My legs felt strong today. No doubt that the triple ride, the other day, helped! I did most of the ride in high tempo. Reprieves on the downhills and false flats. I was constantly stretching to mitigate the stress I was putting into my body due to the high tempo. Concentration was spot on! Very few lapses if any. I was most definitely in the zone. Balance and form is getting better. Still had to put some thought into it, but nothing extreme. Ailments were next to none. Some soreness in the lower back, but it never escalated beyond mild pain. I was stretching a lot to mitigate this. Gear is working well. I bought a power bank yesterday and tested it on my ride for the first time. Initial tests at home indicate that the Gopro can last around 7.5+ hours with the two batteries installed + the power bank. I'm currently working on how I want to harness it on my bike. I mounted it on top of the top tube. I used zip ties. First impression is that the zip tie ends need to go on the underside because I get scraped in the legs and shorts now and again. Being that it sits on the upper part of the top tube, it feels awkward when sitting on it when I'm resting. Mostly because of the zip ties snagging my legs. I'm guessing it will be more comfortable when I dial in the mounting situation. I lubed my chain and that got rid of the squeeks from the previous ride. Other notes, I saw dear on OTR and the summit of Banducci.
