Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I'm continuing riding in-doors. I chose to ride the Watopia Hilly Loop. My plan was to skip the bonus climb at the summit. The legs felt good from the start. I'm now 128 lbs. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel. Especially in the first few miles in the climb. The warmup to the base of the climb went well. I didn't have much soreness on the stitches. Nor the internals. I had a mechanical problem about 10 or 15 minutes in the climb. The chain jammed on the chainstay. I had to dismount and fix the problem. It took about one minute. I hopped back on and continued. I was doing no less than 2.5 W/kg and less than 4W/kg. I was putting in 3W/kg for a good chunk of the climb. I was in and out of the saddle as usual. Hydrating while in the saddle. I wasn't sweating much. I was doing good time, all things considered. I made it to the summit in about 28 minutes and change. That put me at 8th place. I think the best time was around 24 minutes or so. After that, I headed back to town. Practicing spinning on the way down and keeping the tempo going through the rollers back to the start finish. I finished with a cooldown till the HR went below 115 BPM.
Concentration was good. It's been a while since I've done this time. So, there were a few moments of relearning the scenery. Balance and form was good. Ailments were next to none. The hands felt good. Gear worked good, but I did jam the chain. Nutrition was good. I had most of my Gatorade. No water. Other notes, there were over 1000 riders today on this map.
