Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. This is ride #4 since the surgery. I'm in the middle of installing stuff on the new PC, so it was a busy day today. I decided to ride the same course as the previous ride. I had some mild soreness in the surgical area. I wasn't sure what to expect. Turns out that I was able to ride with minimal discomfort. I was in the saddle most of the time. Getting out of the saddle to relieve the muscles. My wattage was around 2 W/kg and up. Sometimes less. I was pushing my patience a bit. So, I was telling myself to try not to pay attention to the elapsed time and remaining miles. The game was lagging every 30 seconds or so. I think the PC was doing updates in the background. It didn't crash, though. Thus, no interruptions. I was trying to remember how far the finish was, based on the previous ride. It was further than the starting point. I didn't catch the captions saying that I completed the lap. So, I called it quits after about 12.5 miles. I cooled down shortly after. Concentration was good, but distracted. Balance and form was good, not great. Ailments, next to none. Just a hint of discomfort in the surgical areas. Nutrition was good. I had about 1/4 of my Gatorade, no water. Gear worked perfect. I need to lube the chain. Other notes, there were about 1400 riders today, on this map.
