Met up with the loiterers on a bright autumn morning and Chris K led Bernie, Iain, Dave T, John H went out on the long ride and
Lawrie led Liliane, Gerry, Jane, Ann, Phil, Peter G, Colin S, Jim H, John M, Alan P, Clive, John J, Don, and me out of Uxbridge to elevenses at the Cafe Estrala do Norte, Kingshill.
Beverages consumed we left Don and Jim H behind and made our way through Northala and Marnham fields and on to Perivale Park. Lawrie then led us through Ealing Golf Course and Pitshanger Park to lunch at The Wheatsheaf on Haven Lane, Ealing.
After lunch we said goodbye to Clive at Ealing Broadway Station before heading to the Grand Union Canal through Walpole, Lammas, and Elthorne Parks. We took to the towpath up the Hanwell flight of locks and through Glade Lane Park. Leaving the park we followed the cycle path and quite roads around Southall to join the Paddington Arm of the Grand Union Canal along which we traveled to tea at Northala Park after which the group dispersed.
