Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I decided to ride the T-Town route today, as best I could. I got out early, but it was a bit on the hot side. The legs felt a bit heavy to start. I was trying to be as patient as I could. I made it to the summit of OTR in average time. The way out to WS was mostly easy tempo. I knew I had some climbing to do, so I saved some for later. The wind was from the North West. I had a modest headwind on the way back. After making it the summit of Highline, I checked the GoPro battery. It was stable at around 71%. I was checked it once or twice before. It was steady because I had my battery bank mounted and connected to the camera. The Banducci wall went as it usually does. I wasn't in the red zone when I was going over the top, but I was having to breath deeply. I made my way up Alpine Forest. The climbing legs were there. I was near max going over the top. I made my way around the backside, having fun on the descents. Then, up to the Banducci summit. I pulled over to relax a bit, hydrate and check the GoPro battery. The battery remained stable. Shortly after I headed down the mountain and onto the farmlands. The wind was modest. I did mostly moderate tempo through out the false flats. I reached the last climb. I may have stopped to check the GoPro battery one more time. I don't think it ever dropped bellow 70%. I was able to recover after making it to the summit. There was a group of riders ahead of me that I just noticed. I bridged up to them. We were taking the same route. After reaching OTR, I was able to take it easy. I kept the group in my site. My ride was pretty much over at this point. I just had to get home. Concentration was good, not great. I was a bit taken back by the hot weather. Balance and form was good. Gear worked great. Ailments, some gastro soreness. Nutrition good. I didn't have to feed a Cliff Bar today. Other notes, I saw many cyclists today!
Other notes... I added a lap around the block and up the street and back to bring the mileage to 40 Miles.
