Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I have an appointment for an MRI on Saturday. That's my ride day that I won't be able to do. I decided to take it easy and head out to the Walmart Bike Path from Highline. The weather is great. Temperature below 80 degrees. Mild winds from the North West. The legs felt pretty good from the start. I made my way up OTR. I didn't bother checking the time when I reached the summit. I checked the GoPro battery. It was nearly full on charge. I had the battery bank connected to it. I want to get used to having it connected as I am planning on doing the 40 Mi T-Town ride here in Tehachapi on the 25th of September. I made my way out on Highline. Doing mostly moderate tempo. When I reached the Walmart Bike Path, I was able to relax into a modest tempo. This was the case on the out and back. The back was a bit more of an effort as it was partially uphill. Around this time, I was thinking to myself that I needed to do something extra. So, I decided to add the Banducci Summit. I was able to put in a good effort over the wall. Nearing maximum over the top. From there I made my way to the summit. No less than moderate tempo. Out of the saddle frequently. After reaching the summit, I took a few moments rest and then headed back down the mountain. I reached over 41 MPH on the Banducci Wall descent. Lot's of fun! From there it was mostly fun and games to home. The GPS showed that I was at 24.90-ish miles. So, I did a lap around the block to bring it to 25 Mi. Concentration was good. I wasn't having to coach myself much. Balance and form is good. I think the adjusted cleat position feels better. Ailments were minimal. Some hand soreness. I shook it off frequently. Gear worked perfect. Nutrition was good. I had most of my Gatorade and some water. No hunger signs. Other notes, I saw about 2 or 3 cyclists today. Some walker/runners on the Walmart Bike Path. I'm going to receive two RMA shorts soon. so, my clothing situation should be good for another two years or so. At least for the bib shorts.
