Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Today's weather would have been perfect for Keene, except it start to sprinkle. When I got out, it was cloudy, in the low 50's. I wore knees, arms, a base layer, head cap, full gloves. I think I got it right on the money. Unfortunately, it started to rain as I was making my way down to Keene. I think I hardly got about 1 mile into the descent before I turned around. To be concise, I felt ok making it to the summit of the descent. But, coming back, I felt sluggish. No telling, as the ride was cut short. Before departure, I felt somewhat light headed. I'm not sure why. I ate an energy bar and some Gatorade. Other notes, The bike was full of sand and soot, I wiped it down before the beginning of the ride.
