Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Today's weather was in the 40's, winds from the North West. I wore arms, knees, 1 base layer and a cap that I put on after reaching the summit of Banducci. I was planning on going for the Tour de Teh (SS,R) ride, but decided against it for a few reasons. First, as I was about to summit Banducci, the fog was rolling in. I was thinking of doing the abridged ride, but decided against it. I have a volunteer job interview today, so I thought the extra 40 minutes or so would give me extra time to prepare. I felt good going out the door. Of course I had more motivation today than usual. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. I was sufficiently warmed up by then. Banducci was more or less good tempo to the summit. From there, I went back to Highline, climbed to the summit, turned around and headed home. From there it was fun and games. Concentration was good, I was thinking mostly about my interview. Ailments were none, just cold hands and such. Balance and form felt good. Gear is working well, some squeaks from the pedals, I oiled the cleats, I guess something else needs cleaning.
