Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's cloudy, foggy and a bit of mist outside. I slept in a bit, too. I decided on a quick Zwift ride. I chose a route that had about 480 ft of climbing, about 14.8 mi in length. I figured this would take around 45 minutes. The course is scenic, otherwise, not very challenging. It was ideal for today as this is a recovery ride. I plan on riding to Keene on Thursday. The next two weeks will be training for the Spooktacular ride. I was putting in about 2 Watts/kg in the first 10 miles. When the gradient tipped up, I was doing more than 3 Watts/kg. The body felt responsive enough. No soreness. Yesterday, my left calf was tight. It has since gone away. I put in about 7 minutes of high tempo for the last part of the ride. Then an cooldown till my HR reached 120 BPM. Concentration was good. I was a bit impatient. The terrain wasn't very challenging, so that was playing with my mind a bit. Balance and form was good. Gear was good. I had to set the trainer on the opposite side of the garage than normal. It worked like a charm. Ailments, none. Nutrition was good. I had about 1/4 bottle of Gatorade and a few sips of water. Other notes, there were about 4000 riders on this map today.
