Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I decided to do an "easy" ride today. The weather has cooled down. I wore my knee and arm warmers. I decided to go to the Walmart Bike Path. I was a bit sore in the GI before departing. I wanted to see if I could keep it under control. I was, but it felt uncomfortable. I'm trying to decide what rides to do before tapering for the Spooktacular ride. Assuming health will permit. I felt pretty good. But a bit under recovered. So, I'm thinking perhaps I should do just one big ride instead of two consecutives. I made it to the end of OTR in average time. I was keeping the tempo no more than moderate. More of the same for the entire ride. The GI was hinting with soreness, so I it was always on my mind. Nevertheless, I completed the ride and staying out of danger. Concentration was good, but somewhat preoccupied by my GI pains. Balance and form felt good. Ailments were minimal, other than the GI queasiness. Gear worked perfect. Nutrition was good. I had some Gatorade, but I did notice a bit of stomach soreness. So, I was having to drink water to dilute the Gatorade. That seemed to help. Other notes, I saw a few cyclists riding today. There are markings on the ground at the end of the street. Apparently Race Communications is already making plans for the fiber optic internet service in our area.
