Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

My right knee is a bit sore on the lower part. I've risen my saddle height by about an inch. I think it helped. Today's weather was cool, in the 50's. Very comfortable with the proper clothing. Crisp, clean, oxygenated air. I took it easy today. Trying to stay in the small gears on the climbs. I decided to head to the summit of OTR and see what the knee says when I get there. It was mildly sore. I decided to add the Highline summit and then head back. Again, keeping it in the easy gears, spinning while in the saddle. After making it to the summit, I headed back. When I reached OTR, I relaxed. No hurrying. More of the same till I got back home. Concentration was good. The morale was positive. Balance and form felt good. The saddle height adjustment feels good. Ailments, the right knee, and a hint of soreness on the left. Still within the limits of ride-ability. Gear worked perfect. The bike is nice and quiet. Nutrition was good. I drank less than half my Gatorade, no water. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
Other notes: I had fun on the return from the Highline summit. reaching 40+ MPH on the descent.
