Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's windy to the North, a bit cold, but skies are clear. Good day for an Alpine Forest ride. I wore the standard cold kit. I decided not to wear toe covers. Turned out to be ok. The legs felt good from the start. Didn't take much to get warmed up. I was good to go by the time I reached the end of OTR. Didn't bother checking the time when I got there. There was minimal traffic mitigation going up the Banducci Wall. The Alpine Forest was as expected. Less traffic, good amount of climbing. The legs felt good, the knees cooperating. Getting closed to firing on all cylinders. I was near max going over the top. Going around the backside was fun. I reached 40MPH on the descent. When I made it to the top of Banducci, I took a few moments rest. Let traffic by, then headed back down the mountain. The wind was pretty strong, so I was having to ride defensively, especially with the traffic from behind. I pulled over a few times to let traffic by. Descending off the Banducci Wall was mostly mitigating danger. Tucking and holding on from the cross-wind. OTR was mostly fun and games. Mariposa was like riding an uphill river. From there, it was mostly cruise-control back home. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about. The morale was on the positive side. Gear worked perfect. Ailments, some hints of right knee soreness, otherwise minimal. Balance and form felt good. Perhaps a bit of saddle adjustment needed, but not much. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I drank about half my Gatorade, no water. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
