Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather has cleared up. Nice, sunny and on the cool side. Just the way I like it. The wind was going the north. A good day to go to the Alpine Forest. The legs felt good from the start. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the end of OTR. Getting there in good average time. The Banducci Wall went well. I was within my limits. No red-lining it. Then Alps. Always a relaxing climb despite its gradient. I made it to the speed bumps before I knew it. Reaching the summit without going too far into the red. I think I was at around 152 bpm HR. So, I had enough left in reserve. I made my way around the backside. I checked the elevation. It was at around 4960-ish feet. The descents were fun. I reached over 43 MPH on the first dip. After reaching Banudcci, I headed to the summit. When I got there, I took a few moments rest. The GoPro battery was at around 52%. I let traffic by and then headed back down the mountain. I made it safely to OTR. From there, it was cruise control till I made it back home. Concentration was good. I had stuff to think about. My smart trainer went kaput. I bought a new one and it is due to arrive tomorrow. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, next to none. I was able to put near max pressure into the pedals and no knee pains. Gear worked perfect. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through 2/3rds of my Gatorade, no water. Other notes, no cyclists or runners out there today.
