I went out to see if I had any physical issues... I did not replace handle bar yet couldn't find where I put it. It's around some where, did order another carbon aero drop bar that I like better. I started out slow to feel everything, The Scott Foil Premium feel so much different, it's been a while since I rode it. I could feel all the bruised areas but they were all manageable, did notice one new pain that I didn't know until I was on the bike, my left knee. It hurt for the first 6 miles until I started to put out more power. I thought I was really messed up or the power meter wasn't reading right as my speed was really low and my watts were up. It wasn't until I made my return loop, I notice my speed was back some what and the watts were much better, I still felt slow! All in all it was a good test ride.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
