Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is cold and a bit of precipitation over night. A good day to hop on Zwift. I did the mountain loop today. The gear setup was simple, no problems. I tried enabling the HoloPlay (sp??) feature that allows a previous effort to be played back as a "ghost rider". It didn't work. I also decreased the climbing difficulty to "Off". This gave me a greater gear selection while climbinb. The ride went as planned. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time the climb started. I was mostly out of the saddle doing around 3 W/kg. I was a bit impatient to start, but I reeled it in by coaching and listening to the music. I was trying to post a sub 30 as a comparison in the climbing difficulty setting. I was mostly in my big ring. The HR was around 140-150 BPM. I didn't bother checking my placing as I went over the summit. I posted a sub 31. So, good enough for now. The bonus climb went as it normally does, crawling up the wall. I had better gear selection. In the normal setting, I would have been in the little / big. I met up with another rider for the last few minutes till the summit. After reaching the summit, I cruised my way back down the mountain and back to the main-land. As I was nearing the last few miles, one of the pace partners bridged up. I decided to try and keep up. To my surprise, I was able to keep up. I counted at least 50 riders around him. I held on till I reached the finish. Shortly after, I did the cooldown routine, till the HR went to 112 BPM. Concentration was good. I bit impatient at first. Balance and form felt good. Gear was good. The saddle seems a bit more compliant than the old one. Nutrition was good. I went through most of my Gatorade, no water. Other notes, I didn't bother checking the number of riders when I hopped on.
