Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was great. In the low 70's. Winds from the north west. I wore the standard kit w/ 1 base layer and arm coolers. I went into the ride with the thinking that I could do whatever I wanted. Including going all out. My legs felt good from the start. It didn't take much time to get warmed up. I was going by landmarks today. They went by fast. I made it to the end of OTR in better than average time. Then the Banducci wall. I was in my climbing legs from the get-go, so I was able to put down the wattage with a dig over the top. The remainder of the climb was mostly traffic mitigation and good tempo. When I got to the summit, I took a 1 minute breather, let the traffic by and then headed downhill. At this point, I was doing good time, under 38 minutes to the summit. The descent was fun. I think the headwind going out to SS was a bit stronger than the previous SS ride. I was able to hold a good tempo. When I reached the SS climb, I took it a bit easier. No digs over the top, just keeping my momentum going. I had fun descending, reaching 40MPH+. I stopped at the golf park to see if I could find my lost tire squeegee. I found it, but only half. It looks to have been run over many times since when I did the mountain bike ride in the SS mountains. I did the usual push through SS. For the majority of the ride, I was doing high cadence work. This was more or less the case for the remainder of the ride. I was doing 100+ RPM on the flats. I held a moderate tempo going back on Banducci. I increased the tempo the moment I reached Pelliser. My legs were responding well and I was able to hold 20+ MPH for the majority of the trek through the farmlands. The last climb was mostly high tempo. Some places less, so that I could recover just a bit. I kept the power down over the summit. Immediately after, I took a 20 second breather then put the power down, doing mostly good tempo. Route 202 had little traffic, so there was minimal traffic mitigation. The remainder was mostly fun and games with a push over Mariposa. My concentration was very good. I was in the zone for the greater part of the ride. Balance and form felt good. I felt well centered on the saddle and my legs felt good ticking over with high cadence. Ailments consisted of some lower quad soreness, especially when I was putting the power down. I had some right hand numbness. Gear is working well. Other notes, no other cyclists today, to my surprise.
