The weather has let up. It is now cool and sunny. The wonderful Spring weather is about to start! I headed to the Alpine Forest. The legs were so so to start, but felt better as the ride progressed. I wore just what I needed. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. The climb up Banducci Wall was partial traffic mitigation and mostly out of the saddle effort. The Alpine Forest climb went quick. I had a few things to think about and the music helped. Before I knew it, I was at the top of Arosa. I made my way around the backside and to the summit of Banducci. I took a few moments rest and then headed downhill. I had a modest tailwind, so the return went quick. After making my way back to OTR, I was able to relax and enjoy the descent. I stopped once to take photos of the local cows. From there, it was non-stop back to home. I shut it down after reaching the top of Weston. Concentration was good. I had stuff to think about, the music helped too. Gear worked flawless. Nutrition was good. I went through most of my Gatorade, minimal water. Ailments were next to none. Balance and form felt good. Other notes, no cyclists today.
