Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was great. In the low/mid 70's, winds from the North West. I felt pretty good from the start. Sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the summit. The descent was mostly fun and games. When I reached the base, I did a quick U-ee and headed back up the mountain. I could tell my legs were feeling responsive. I put in my mind there were 3 legs of the ascent. Once I reached the 2/3rds, I would be able to finish in whatever tempo I pleased. I was feeling good all the way to the Loop Monument. After-which, I recovered on the first dip. Then, put in mostly good tempo for the remainder of the climb. The wind and temperature was in my favor. There were some occasions where I felt I was going to far into the red, so I backed off, recovered and then increased the tempo gently. This would be the case for the remainder of the ride. My concentration was spot on. Minimal gremlins. Balance and form felt right on. Ailments consisted of right hand numbness. Gear is working great. Other notes, no other cyclists today. I saw a few people at the Loop Monument, none of which gave encouragement :(.
