Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is great! Perfect Spring temperature. The wind was from the South East until I reached the summit of the descent. I made it there in good time. As I was descending, the wind reversed. I cruised the downhill. I reached the base in around 26 minutes or so. The return trip went quick. I was ticking off the landmarks. The body responded well. The legs felt good. I had my battery bank connected to the GoPro camera. The battery was at 80-ish percent when I got back. So, it was depleting, but very slow. The HR seemed more accurate today. I was over 160 BPM over the top. I had the watch facing the inside of my wrist. I think it works better this way. I was able to wear just shorts and short sleeves with my sun shades. Concentration was good. Minimal lapses, the morale felt good. Gear worked pefect. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through most of my Gatorade, no water. Ailments, some hand numbness. I shook it off to mitigate. Other notes, no other cyclists today. There were people at the Loop Monument when I was on the way down and also on the ascent.
