Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

This is going to be a brief entry. Today's weather was cold, low 50's, winds from the South West. I wore the standard kit, 1 base layer, and arms. It was just enough for today's ride. I felt pretty good in the legs from the start. Reaching Route 202 in good time. I had a headwind on the way out. It seemed to take forever to get to WS. The return trip was more enjoyable. I was able to hammer all the way back. My legs were there all the while. Concentration was good, but some gremlins seemed to be lingering here and there. Kind of put a damper in things. Nevertheless, I made it home in one piece. Balance and form felt real good. Ailments consisted of lower back soreness. Gear is working good. I made a temporary fix to the headlight. I think it will hold up for a while. Other notes, some runners and 1 cyclist today.
