Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

We had a hearing to attend in the morning. So, our departure was delayed by about an hour. Fortunately, the weather is great! Sunny. A tad on the warm side. Slightly cool winds from the North West. Peggy and I decided to head out to the Walmart Bike Path. Rob joined us and went part way (to the summit of OTR). The legs felt ok from the start. We were doing easy tempo most of the time. Regrouping as needed. So, I was putting my efforts where I could. It was mostly relaxing on the road. I wasn't paying much attention to time. It was a ride of enjoyment and not so much training. We took some photos at the Walmart Bike Path and at the Buffalo statue. From there, we made it back to OTR and had fun on the descent. We regrouped after reaching the top of Mariposa and then back to home. Concentration was good. I had to coach myself into patience a bit. Gear worked flawless. There is a slight creak in the bike while out of the saddle efforts some of the time. More confirmation needed. Ailments were minimal. Nutrition was good . No hunger sings, but I did have a bit of GI bio signs. I mitigated it by drinking water instead of Gatorade. That did the trick. Balance and form was good. Other notes, I saw one cyclist today.
