Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather has let up a bit. Perfect for going to the Alpine Forest. The body felt average to start. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the end of OTR. I didn't bother checking the time, but it shows good average time on the metrics. The Banducci Wall had minimal traffic mitigation, so I was able to concentrate on the effort at hand. The Alpine Forest was mostly in and out of the saddle efforts. Somewhat interval like. The morale felt better when I was half way done with the speed bumps. I think I was in the upper 150's for the heart rate over the top. I made my way around the backside. I think I reached 43 MPH on one of the dips. After making it to the summit, I recovered and let traffic by. Shortly after, I headed back down the mountain. There wasn't much traffic to mitigate. Descending off the Banducci Wall was fun. I decided to add the Buffalo Run to the ride as I want to increase my mileage gradually for the Spooktacular ride. It went as usual. I was out of the saddle for most of the climb to the summit of Highline. After making it to the top Adalante, I was able to relax a bit. The return up Highline went fast. After making it back to OTR, it was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa, and shut it down after reaching the summit of Weston. Concentration was pretty good, although I had a lapse going through the Alpine Forest. It took a while to shrug it off. Suffice it to say, I made it back unscathed. Balance and form was good. Gear worked flawless. I wore my new arm coolers that Peggy bought for me. They work like a charm. No riding down the arms. Ailments, the usual hand numbness. I was having to shake them off on and again. Nutrition was good. I'm trying to train my GI. I'm following the same protocol for early morning rides. Drink water before Gatorade. Other notes, I saw 2 or 3 cyclists today.
