River Loop

Once more on the nearest rural, non-burbs riding possible. While not a fan of the 17 miles on the C&O towpath, it IS a good way to warm up and a good way to get north if there's the usual NW wind.

There was not any wind to speak of today, so that didn't matter and it was the usual pretttttty boring green tunnel. No thinking about the bike or effort required, so let the mind wander...

The rest of the ride, after the big climbs between 18 and 20 was great -- lots of downhill, including upper 30mphs on the quick descent into the Dry Seneca Creek stream valley. And no, the creek is not EVER dry.

Contact points were yelling the entire ride so gotta get those tuned up before Sunday.
