Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I was able to get out in the late morning. The weather was fantastic, in the 70's with a breeze from the north. My right thigh was having muscle spasms yesterday. It was deep inside and I thought it was going to be a problem today. Turns out that it was only sore for a minute or two about 40 minutes into the ride. My right calf was tensing up on the last half. Slowing down, stretching, like usual, helped. I'm somewhat discouraged. I'm going to start playing with my position, starting with my cleat position. I'm going to try adjusting it so that my foot has a slight toe out position. All together, today was a good tempo ride. The only kicker I made was on the SS summit. The rest was just solid tempo, nice and steady without any heroics. I made it to Boss Hogs in about 1:20 hrs. My right hand was numb a few times. Nothing big, but I'm wondering if I should try my older gloves which have more cushioning. The soreness in my right thumb has completely gone away. My concenrtation was pretty good, not the best. But good enough to stay out of the grey zone. Leg balance was good, with the exception of the cramping. Gear, Everything is working great, but the GoPro stopped recording. I noticed it when I reached Rt. 202 on the way back. Turns out that it wasn't a problem with the camera, I forgot to clear the card's memory before the ride. There were some clicking noises from the bike, but nothing major.
I forgot to metion that I counted 14 squirells today, 13 of which were on Old Town Road. This does not count roadkill. heh.
