Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It has warmed up slightly. I woke up an hour late, so I got out the door later than usual. I forgot to start the timer on the GPS, so I lost about 4 miles of metrics. The legs and body were sluggish to start. So was my patience. I knew it was going to take a while before the legs felt better. At least I wore the right gear. I didn't have to take layers off. The legs felt better after making it over the Banducci Wall and partially into Arosa. I was a bit light headed. Partially due to the warmer weather. And perhaps a bit of hunger. The Alpine Forest went pretty quick. The legs got better as the climb progressed. I reached the top of Arosa near maximum. I let the toughness find me instead of the other way around. I zipped through the back side of the Alpine Forest. Reaching over 41 MPH on the dips. After making my way to the summit of Banducci, I decided to pull over and feed a Clif Bar. Glad I did, because I was getting that hunger knock sign. From there, I let traffic by and headed back down the mountain. Descending off of the Banducci Wall was a treat. Minimal traffic in both directions. I added the Buffalo run. There was some road construction, so there was a bit of traffic delay going up and back. After making the Buffalo Run loop, I headed back. The descent off of OTR was mostly fun and games. The morale was feeling better. I pushed over Mariposa and shut it down at the top of Weston. Concentration was pretty good. The first 30 to 40 minutes was a bit impatient. The heat didn't help. I got better as the ride went on. Balance and form was good. Ailments, hand numbness. I bought new gloves, will see how they work when the arrive. Nutrition was good. I fed a Clif Bar at the top of Banducci. That held me over for the remainder of the ride. I had a big bowl of oatmeal before the ride started. Other notes, I saw one E-cyclist today.
