Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I got out a little earlier than usual as the weather was a little warm, in the 80's. I brought my still camera today, to take photos of the recent Train Wreck. The carts are still down next to the tracks. I took a few dozen with a panorama. Obviously, I cruised the downhill. Today was not a day for hammering. As I was making my way to the base of the descent, I took my bottle out of the cage to take a drink and it slipped out of my grasp. I dropped it and ran over it. Fortunately, I didn't panic. I turned around, picked up the bottle and proceeded with the descent. Being that it was warm, I did steady tempo, no intervals, as that would put me into the red and too far into heat exhaustion. Before the ride, I lowered the seat by about 1/4" to see how my calf muscles felt. They haven't complained on this ride. But I will have to see how they feel when I do the next ride. My right, upper knee felt a little sore at times, but it went away just as quick. Not sure what to make of that, again will have to wait till the next ride. I really like the seat clamp that I bought. It's so much easier to adjust it. On my way out, I got off my bike to rotate the seat to the right by just a fraction. The seat clamp made it real easy and fast. All other gear is working well. I forgot to turn the Gopro video on at times, but that's my fault. Very little creaking on the bike, so that's fine. Concentration was good, mostly concentrating on my body signals, trying to stay away from heat exhaustion. Leg balance was also good.
