Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

I was due for a WS ride. The wind was unfavorable. I decided to do the Tour de Teh (R) ride. The legs felt average for most of the ride. Otherwise, my body responded well. No serious ailments. Concentration was the lesser of things. The past week has been off for me. It showed on the ride. Definitely not in the zone. I just coached myself. It helped. Gremlins here and there, to be expected. Gear is working well. The shoes felt good. Perhaps I'll try the Shimano's for comparison now that I put in a few rides with the Sidi's. Balance felt reasonably good. Gear worked well. No issues there. The bike got a bit of mud on it as I was making, my way up Weston. To be expected from the street construction going on. Nothing a quick washing couldn't fix. Other notes, I past one cyclist today. Rain is predicted in the forecast for the next couple days.
Other notes... I'll likely need to adjust the cleats a bit.
