Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Weather was unfavorable today. Partial raining and wind. Good day for an indoor session. I chose the mountain route. When I started the ride I got confused which direction to go. The sim showed that I was doing the Hilly Loop. I chose the Mountain Route. I ended up riding for 5 minutes before I reset the sim. After that, it was following the route with no turning. I approached the climb with a plan. In and out of the saddle constantly. The power range was from 120 to 300 watts. I found a comfortable approach. Somewhat interval training. Stand and push upwards of 200 watts for 10 to 20 seconds. Then sit and breath 10 breaths. Rinse and repeat. Some variation here and there. That's what i did the entire climb. I was within my limits. No excessive redlining. Once over the summit, the remainder was mostly cool down. The other thing I tried was to adjust the cleat. I tried moving the stance outwards to the max. That didn't feel so good. I then moved it to the center. That seemed to feel better. I used that configuration for the training ride. Gear worked flawless. Balance felt good after the cleat adjustment. Concentration was much better than the previous indoor ride. I felt like I had my focus in control. For the most better part of the ride, I wasn't pedaling in anger. In the comfort zone most of the time. Ailments were none. Other notes, there were about 900 riders today.
Add 5 minutes to this ride from the previous session that was stopped.
