Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is cold. I wore the entire winter kit. I got out a bit later than I would have liked, but only by about 20 minutes or so. At least the weather was warmer. I made it to the end of OTR in average time. I wasn't going for time today. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation, otherwise was the usual grind up the gradient. The Alpine Forest was welcoming. It went quick. I guess I had stuff to think about as I was making my way up the mountain. I was near max over the top. I zipped around the backside, doing 40 MPH on one of the dips. After making it to the summit of Banducci, I pulled over to recover and let traffic by. Shortly after, I went back down the mountain. I let traffic by as I was descending. The descent off the Banducci Wall was safe. I was feathering the brakes to keep my speed in check. After making it back to OTR, I was able to relax and enjoy the downhill. I pushed over Mariposa, somewhat of a dig. I shut it down at the top of Weston. Concentration was good. The morale felt good. Ailments were minimal. Some hand soreness. I still have slight sit bone muscle soreness. It's mild but noticeable sometimes. I'm wondering if it has to to do with the bib shorts' chamois. I had a slight right calf muscle soreness. I think it was sporadic and never escalated. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I drank most of my sport drink, no water. Gear worked flawless. Other notes, I saw just 2 runner / walkers today. No cyclist to be seen.
