Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather has cooled off. It’s mostly sunny, but in the 40’s.
Winds from the North West. I wore the full winter kit and was mostly comfortable. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation, otherwise was the usual grind. The morale was better when I made it to the Arosa climb. It went quick. I was near max going over the top. I made my way around the backside, reaching near 40 MPH on the first dip. After making it to the summit of Banducci, I pulled over to recover and feed a Clif Bar. I'm a bit sore in the stomach, so not sure that was a good idea. Nevertheless, I let traffic by and then headed back down the mountain. There was some traffic mitigation. Descending off the Banducci Wall was mostly safe. I let traffic by before making my way down. The OTR descent was mostly fun and games. I noticed that my right glute was getting a bit sore. It detracted from the morale. I was hoping it wouldn't escalate. But it did. I pushed over Mariposa and made my way back home. I shut it down at the summit of Weston. Concentration was good. The morale felt pretty good. I was a bit upset in the later part of the ride as my right glute was starting to complain. I'm guessing I'll have to swap out the saddle to see if it helps. Otherwise, I'll have to invest in new shorts. Balance and form was good. Ailments, the right inner glute. Nutrition, I was a bit hungry before shoving off. I ended up feeding some grapes and plantains. It helped. I decided to feed at the summit of Banducci. Perhaps not the best idea. Gear worked flawless, although, I dropped my chain as I was riding back on Mariposa. Some adjustments likely needed. Other notes, no other cyclists or runners. There was a casual cyclist on an e-bike as I was making my way back home on Mariposa. I tried to bridge, but he went straight when I went right.
