I started getting ready for this ride the temp was 44* F it was 36* and dropping when I started and felt much colder, I had change int some warmer gear and I wasn't sure I dressed warm enough as I was freezing for the first 10 miles as the temps dropped below freezing. I almost cut the ride short because my fingers were frozen. I was wishing I put the bar mitts on. The only good thing about being so cold was my thoughts were not on all my body pains! Once my body was warmed up things started to change and I could feel all my aches and pains,,, It was still a very nice ride and I was so happy to be out in the freeze, the temps dropped to 26* the wind was not helping matters as the wind made it feel much colder, I am just now thawing out after an hour plus what an adventure it was! Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
