Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's raining as was predicted. Another day on the trainer. I chose a map that was about 10 miles in length. The rationale being that I could complete it within 30 to 40 minutes. The right glute is feeling a bit better. The legs were good to start. Didn't take much to get warmed up. The course was mostly flat and rolling terrain. There was a timed climbing section that lasted over 8 minutes and was about 1.5 mi in length. I think I posted 9th. The legs were good. I was out of the saddle for most of the climb. The right knee was a bit more cooperative. Aside from the timed section, I was doing in and out of the saddle efforts. So, about 3 W/kg out of the saddle and around 2 to 2.5 W/kg in the saddle. I did this for the entirety of the ride. The ride went quick, so my patience was in check. After completing the lap, I took a few moments to cool down till the HR reached 112 BPM. Concentration was good. Zwift kept my attention where it needed to be. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through most of my sport drink, no water. Balance and form felt good. Ailments were minimal. No hand numbness, some right knee soreness, the left inner glute is doing much better. I almost didn't feel pain from it. Gear worked flawless. Other notes, there were about 1500 riders on this map when I hopped on.
