Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I wasn’t sure where to go, but decided to head up the Banducci Summit and add the Buffalo run. The weather is fantastic. Mild winds from the South East. I wore arms, knees, head cap and long sleeve jersey. It was more than sufficient. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. The Banducci Wall had minimal traffic mitigation. More of the same to the summit. I was using the turnouts to let traffic by. After reaching the summit, I pulled over to recover and check the GoPro battery. Shortly after, I headed back down the mountain. It was mostly safe. Minimal traffic on the way down. Then the Volcano climb. It went more or less what I anticipated. It was into a headwind so, patience was the game. I zipped around the neighborhood and got back to Highline. After making it back to OTR, the descent was mostly recover and fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and shut it down when I got back to the top of Weston. Concentration was pretty good. It got better as the ride progressed. I was a bit impatient to start. Minimal lapses or gremlins today. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. The knees felt good. Perhaps a bit of hand soreness and a hint of saddle soreness. Gear worked perfectly. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I ate half an apple, some grapes and plantains before the ride. Other notes, only one casual cyclist and some walker / runners today.
