Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is excellent now. The clouds are gone and the skies are blue. Perfect day to get out. I was able to get out about 30 to 40 minutes earlier than usual. The weather is on the cool side. I wore arms, knees, head cap and my jacket. I probably could have gone without my jacket, but I brought it just in case. The legs felt pretty good to start. They needed to get warmed up. I made it to the end of OTR in good average time. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation, otherwise, went well. More or less the same to the summit. I was keeping an eye on my 6 the entire time. After making it to the summit, I pulled over to take a few moments rest. I got there in good average time. I checked the GoPro battery, hydrated, let traffic by, and then headed down the mountain. There was minimal oncoming traffic, so I was able to let the wheels roll. I made it safe to the base. From there, it was the trek through the farmlands. The wind was very mild, but from the North West. So, I had a modest tailwind on the way back. I kept the tempo steady. No heroics. I made it to Boss Hogs in about 1:01 hours. Pretty good. The last climb went quick. I kept the tempo no less than moderate. I pushed over the top and took a few moments to recover while riding on the false flat. Route 202 was next. The traffic from behind wasn't too much. I let the cars pass by moving on to the shoulder. It was safe, no worries. From there, it was the descent off OTR. It was mostly fun and games. I was having mild bio signs. So, I spared no time to get back. I pushed over Mariposa going into a mild headwind. I stopped once to swap out the GoPro battery and shut it down when I reached the top of Weston.
Concentration was good. The morale felt pretty good. I was a bit impatient here and there, but mostly in the zone. There were minimal gremlins. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, some left knees soreness in the middle of the ride. I was able to adjust my cadence while riding in and out of the saddle. The pain subsided shortly after. Gear worked flawless. Other notes, there was one cyclist on his way up OTR as I was descending. There was one runner. Otherwise, no one else.
