Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather has warmed up. It’s in the low 70’s. The air is on the cool side. I wore the usual summer kit with arm shades. The legs felt pretty good to start. It didn’t take much to get warmed up. The right knee was hinting on soreness, but didn’t escalate. I made it to the top of OTR in good average time. After reaching the summit, I headed back towards Keene. I made it back to the mailboxes in about 37 minutes. I reached the summit of WTR in about 10 minutes or so. I cruised the downhill and put in two digs on the risers. When I reached the base, I swapped the GoPro battery and headed back up the mountain. I stopped once for a quick bio and then continued the ride. I had a tailwind at this point. It was getting warm on a few places, otherwise was mostly comfortable. The landmarks went relatively quick. After the last dip, I was feeling better in the morale. I tried to keep my mind occupied. I kept my tempo steady. Doing in and out of the saddle efforts. I kept my momentum going over the top. After reaching the summit, I took a few moments to recover and then headed back home. I shut it down near the top of Weston.
Concentration was good. Few lapses and mostly in the zone. Minimal gremlins. Ailments were minimal. The right knee was hinting on soreness at the start of the ride, but subsided as the ride went on. Nutrition was good. Some hunger signs when I reached the top of WTR, heading towards Keene. I chose not to feed. I had no problems. The sport drink held me over. Balance and form was good. Gear worked perfectly. Other notes, No cyclists out there today.
