Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It rained yesterday, but the weather has turned to sunny skies. Winds were from the North West and the temperature just below 50’s but warmed up as the ride progressed. I decided to add OTR with the Keene n Back ride. The legs felt pretty good to start considering I did a good ride last Sunday. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. From there, I headed back and down to Keene. I did good average time to the top of the descent. The descent was mostly cruising and soft pedaling. I put in two digs on the risers. After reaching the base, I swapped out the GoPro camera battey and headed back up the mountain. I stopped once to Bio and from there it was non-stop. The miles went sufficiently quick. I had a nice tailwind, the air was cool. Couldn’t ask for much more. I went by the landmarks as usual. I had a few things on my mind to keep me occupied. The body responded well. I was doing the numbers to the summit to help keep the momentum going. I kept the tempo going over the top. After reaching the summit, I let up to recover and then headed back home. I pushed over Weston and shut it down at the top of the hill.
Concentration was good. I was in the zone most of the time. I think the most detracting part of the ride was my lack of patience. Nonetheless, I kept it together. Ailments were minimal. The numbness in the hands was the worst of it. The knees felt good. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I drank all of my sport drink and some water. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, I saw two casual cyclists.
