Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I got up early as they forecasted 90+ degree temperatures. Peggy and I got out around 9AM. Turned out to be ideal. We did the usual plan, regrouping at the landmarks. I felt pretty good today. The legs were good. I wasn't paying much attention to time. I forgot to start the GPS, so I lost over a mile of metrics. We regrouped three times. At the top of the descent, the first riser and then the Loop Monument. We took some selfies at the Loop. Shortly after we headed down to the lower loop. From there, Peggy headed back, and I went to the base. After reaching the base (without checking my time), I headed back. I started with moderate tempo. I had the incentive to pick up the base as I didn't want Peggy to wait for too much. So, I increased the tempo as the miles progressed. I was doing high tempo on the last mile or two. After reaching the summit, Peggy and I regrouped. I had time to recover. From there, we headed back home. I did a modest push to the top of Weston and then shut it down.
Concentration was good. I was in the zone for most of the ride, especially on the ascent from Keene. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I drank most of my sport drink, no water. Ailments, the hands were getting numb while out of the saddle, so I was having to constantly shake them off. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, no cyclists today.
