On a chilly Wednesday morning nine loiterers- Alan, Brian, Dave B, Frances, John Wa, John Wo, Steve C, Stuart, and I followed Margaret out of Uxbridge towards Denham. We rode through Denham Golf Course to Harefield and elevenses at Harefield Hospital Refreshment Pavilion. We left Harefield alone Northwood Road and Woodcock Hill and dropping down to Batchworth. We continued round Batchworth Lake before climbing the quiet streets of Moneyhill. Dropping down Valley Road under the M25 and Metropolitan Railway to climb Berry Lane before crossing the corner of the common to arrive at The Black Horse for lunch. The service and food was as usual very good.
Leaving the warmth of the pub we made our way up to the Amersham Road along which we travelled before dropping down through the Loudwater Estate to cross the River Chess before climbing up to Sarratt Lane en route to Croxley Green. Margaret then led us down to and through Rickmansworth to the GUC and on through the Aquadeome to Stockers Lock. we followed the towpath before joining Springwell Lane en route to Maple Cross and tea at Duran's Cafe.
After tea the group dispersed and Stuart and I headed to the Coy Carp and a ride down the towpath to Denham Bridge where we parted company and returned to Uxbridge through the country park.
Another fine ride by The Loiterers.

Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
