Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I went to sleep a bit late last night, so it was difficult to get up early. I managed to get up around 7:35AM-ish. So, I had around one hour to depart before the afternoon heat. I got out around 9AM. The legs were a bit heavy to start. The heat didn't help much. I made it to the end of OTR in average time. The Banducci Wall had the usual traffic mitigation. I was near max going over the top. The Arosa climb went as planned. Nearing max over the top. I made my way around the backside, zig zagging my way up the steeper slopes. I reached over 44 MPH on the downhill. Always a treat. After making it to the summit of Banducci, I pulled over to allow traffic by and then headed back down the mountain. There was some traffic from behind, so I let them through as best I could. The descent off the Banducci Wall was mostly safe. I let on car go so that I may descend at my own speed. The OTR descent was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and then Weston. I shut it down at the top of Weston.
Concentration was good. Minimal lapses and minimal gremlins. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Just a bit of hand numbness and some sit bone soreness. Gear worked flawlessly. Nutrition was good. I went through my sport drink, no water. Other notes, I saw one casual cyclist as I was ascending Arosa.
