Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It is supposed to get into the 90's today, so I tried to get out as early as possible. I managed to get up around 5 AM. I had breakfast, took a quick nap and got up around 7:30AM-ish. I got out a bit past 8AM. The temperature was nice. A bit on the warm side, but comfortable. The wind was mostly from the North West, but a bit turbulent and mild. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the end of OTR in good average time. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation, otherwise went as usual. I was near max at the top. The Arosa climb went quick (as in the perception of time). Before I knew it, I was at the speed bumps. I was near max going over the top. I let the pain come to me going over the bumps. Allowing the gradient to do its thing. I made my way around the backside. I reached over 42 MPH on the first dip. From there, I made it to the summit of Banducci. I took a few moments rest, let the traffic by and then headed down the mountain. It was mostly safe, but there was traffic from behind that I was having to let passed. The descent off the Banducci Wall was mostly safe, I let one car pass as I was descending. From there it was the return on OTR. It was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and Weston, where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. My patience was in check. The morale was good. Minimal lapses and no gremlins. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. No nerve pain in the legs today. Perhaps a bit of soreness on the sit bones that did not detract from the ride much. I had some hand numbness on the upper slopes of the Arosa climb. Gear worked flawlessly. I am going to keep the saddle position where it's at for the moment. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through most of my sport drink. Other notes, no cyclists today.
