Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I needed a recovery day, so I chose to go to the Walmart Bike Path. I got up a bit later then usual. I ended up leaving just after 9AM. The legs felt average to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in average time. The volcano climb went quick as there was a slight tailwind on the way out. After reaching the summit, I descended and made my way to the Walmart bike path. I kept the tempo easy till I reached the turn around point. From there, I headed back and kept the tempo moderate. There were minimal pedestrians and no cyclists on the Walmart bike path, so I was able to get on with business. After making it back to Highline, I made my way back. There was a slight headwind, so I dosed my effort accordingly. I was able to relax when I made it back to OTR. The OTR descent was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and to the top of Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. I had some stuff to think about, there were minimal lapses or gremlins. Perhaps a bit of impatience to start. It got better after reaching the summit of OTR. Balance and form were good. Ailments were minimal. Some minor hand numbness. Nutrition was good. I drank most of my sport drink. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, I saw one mountain biker as I was crossing Route 202 on the way out.
