It's raining out. I got up early today and had breakfast. I took my morning nap, perhaps a bit too many snoozes. I managed to get up in time for an indoor training session. I decided to do a quick ride. This route was 11.5-ish miles and had about 500 feet of elevation gain. I calculated that this ride would take 45 minutes as that was all I could spare. My calculations were spot on. Getting the gear set up was cumbersome with the TV. For some reason, when I plug in the fan into the power strip that the TV is connected to, the TV looses its signal. Nevertheless, I got it to work after 10 minutes of fiddling. Once I got that squared away, I was able to hop on and get on with business. The legs felt good to start. After 10 minutes of riding, I was warmed up enough to put in more wattage. The map was mostly rolling terrain with a few climbs lasting more then a few minutes. I was doing the numbers in my head to keep distracted. Nothing much else to tell. I finished the ride in about 35 to 37 minutes. Followed by the cool down. I let my HR drop to 112 before hopping off.
Concentration was good for the most part. I was a bit impatient though. Balance and form was good. Ailments were close to none. No hand numbness today. Gear worked flawlessly after getting things working. Nutrition was good. I fed a banana and some grapes before hopping on. Other notes, there were about 10,000 riders on this map when I hopped on.
