Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I had breakfast and took my early morning nap. I managed to get up in time for a ride without too much delay. The weather is a bit warmer. I wasn’t sure what to wear, so I wore the standard kit. I was a bit on the hot side, but did not take layers off. I felt average to start. The wind was from the North East, so the opposite of what I like. I brought dad’s Oximeter to take readings along the ride. I made it to the top of OTR in good average time. I took a reading, the O2 level was 95+. The pulse was high, of course. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation, so I was on 6 O’clock alert. After reaching the Arosa climb, I was a bit more relaxed. The time went quick. I was going by landmarks. Once I reached the summit of Aorsa, I took another O2 reading. The meter didn’t pick up my pulse because it was too high (or something). So, no reading at that point. From there, I made my way around the backside. I reached 40 MPH on the descent. After reaching the summit of Banducci, I pulled over to recover, hydrate and take another O2 reading. The O2 level was below 95. Around 92 + or -. After recuperating, and letting traffic by, I headed down the mountain. I was a slow descent as I was going into a headwind at this point. I made my way down the mountain and back to OTR for the return descent. I stopped to take an O2 reading. The O2 level was normal. From there it was mostly fun and games. I shut it down at the top of Weston. I think I took another O2 reading when I got home. It appeared normal (95+).
Concentration was good. A bit impatient to start. Balance and form felt good. Ailments were minimal. I was a bit lacking in energy today, not sure why. My weight is down to 130 lbs, so something might be going on there. Nutrition was good. I was a bit on the hungry side, though. Perhaps explaining why I was lacking in energy. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, no cyclists today.
