Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Another great day in Fall. The weather is cool. In the 50's, winds somewhat turbulent, but mostly from the North West. I wore arms, knees, head cap, a thick base layer and some newspaper in the jersey. I was sufficiently warm. The legs felt good to start. I made it to the top of OTR in good time. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation, otherwise I was able to concentrate on the task at hand. I felt better when I made it to Arosa. The Arosa climb went quick. I was counting off the landmarks as I was making my way to the summit. I was near max going over the top. From there, I made my way around the backside. The GPS showed a max speed of 44 MPH, but I think it was closer to 43. Nonetheless, I had fun! After reaching the Banducci Summit, I took a minute to recover, let traffic by and then headed back down the mountain. There was a headwind on the way down. I had to make way for traffic mitigation, but it was mostly safe. Descending off the Banducci Wall felt safe because I had a non-turbulent headwind that acted as an air break. I was able to let the wheels roll without breaking. After making it back to OTR, it was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and shut it down at the top of Weston.
Concentration was good. I was a bit impatient to start and in other places, otherwise I was in the zone most of the time. Minimal lapses and no gremlins worth mentioning. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Some hand numbness while climbing Arosa on out of the saddle digs. Nutrition was good. I fed part of a banana, some grapes and a few slices of an apple. That held me over. I went through about 2/3rds of my sport drink. Other notes, I saw a familiar recumbent cyclist.
Other notes, I replaced the battery on the power meter. The GPS was able to pair with it, no issues.
