Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

As was predicted, it rained today. Perfect for indoor riding. I wasn't sure what the map of the day was going to be. Turned out to be Watopia. So, I decided to do the 18.5mi mountain route. It took a while for me to start breaking a sweat and the legs warmed up. The ride went quick! The climb went faster than I anticipated. I was keeping the power down most of the way up. Out of the saddle most of the time. I was doing 3+ W/kg. I put in a PR of the month. After reaching the summit, I continued on the route, up to the radio antenna summit. Again, mostly out of the saddle, nearing 4 W/kg most of the way up. From the summit, I headed back down. The goal, being to complete the lap. I was looking at the time and distance, trying to figure out how much time it would take to get to the start/finish. I calculated fairly accurate. After reaching the start/finish, I put it into cool-down mode. Concentration was real good. No lapses. I can't say enough about Zwift. Makes the miles go by so quick. Balance and form felt good. Felt very symmetrical, in and out of the saddle. Ailments, next to none. No knee issues today. Gear worked flawless. Other notes, there were about 2000 riders today, on this map.
