Great weather today! In th e 60's mild winds from the North West. Perfect for Keene n back. The legs felt good from the start. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the top of the descent. I think I put just a bit extra on the downhill than the previous rides. I made my way to the base in good time. I wasn't sure if If was going to have to remove my knee warmers. When I reached the base I adjusted my helmet and then commenced the climb. The climb went fast. I was doing good tempo most of the way. Out of the saddle frequently. The legs felt good. I was on top of the pedals most of the way up. There weren't any trains this time. So, the motivation was all me. After reaching the Loop Monument. I was able to breath just a bit better. Concentration was good. No lapses, no gremlins. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, next to none. Gear is working great. Other notes, I saw 2 cyclists as I was just starting the descent. There were two cars on the Loop Monument, but none when I was on my way back.
Edit: I put two digs on the risers, while descending. Putting in near max wattage. Overall time was good today!
