Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The skies have cleared, but the tarmac was still wet from the night's rain. Perfect day to ride indoors. I chose the Watopia mountain loop. This time, I was able to configure mom's PC to follow me, and it worked like a charm. My gear didn't take much time to setup either. I checked and double checked to make sure the right sensors were being used, this time. All was well and I shoved off. The usual 10 to 12 minutes was making my way to the foot of the climb. I was doing mostly 3.5 to 4 Watts/Kg out of the saddle, and 2 to 3 Watts/kg in the saddle. The palms of my hand were a bit more sore this time around than the previous ride. I'm wearing my blue gloves, and not the Performance ones. Overall the climb went well. I put in what I wanted to. Near maximum at the summit. Time went pretty quick, but there were some areas where time stood still. After doing the bonus climb, I headed back to town. I tried to keep the tempo going. Put in a modest push through the sprint zone. After making it back to the start/finish, I cooled down, as usual. for about the next 4 to 5 minutes. Concentration was good. Few lapses. A little shady in some places, though. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, next to none, other than the sore palms. Gear worked great. But, I still felt a hint of leaning to the left. I'll see if I can get a level to determine what's going on. Perhaps a shim may be needed for the next time. Other notes, I think there were less than 1000 rider today, on this map.
