Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Weather is great. About 60 degrees, winds from the North West. Today was the first time I tried my top tube bag. First impressions are so-so. It rubs against my legs when I'm cranking away while out of the saddle. Also, if I'm sitting forward on the saddle, my quads rub against the bag. I'll keep it, but not likely use it on the road bike. The legs felt pretty good from the start. It was a good average day. The wind was mild. It was somewhat turbulent on Highline. I cruised my way to WS and then headed back. I was going into a cross-head, doing 15 MPH most of the way. I put in a good dig over the top. The remainder was the usual stuff. Concentration was good. Balance and form felt good. Ailments... I had some mild chest pains when I was pushing it. It had something to do with the HR chest band. As soon as I lowered it, the pain went away. I'm seriously considering getting a HR monitor that fits on the wrist. Other notes, I saw a glider when I was nearing WS.
Gear worked great. No issues, other than the top tube bag being so-so. I definitely prefer carrying most of my stuff in my pockets, instead.
