Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Good Spring weather is here. Temperature in the 50's mild winds from the North West. I decided to go to Willow today. The legs felt reasonably good. Made it to the end of OTR in good average time. The outbound to WS was mostly moderate tempo. Saving some matches for the return. I spared no time when I reached WS and headed back. The first few minutes were the worst. I was going into a headwind. But, it wasn't significant. After about a mile, I was able to settle into a tempo I could sustain for the entire return leg. I was doing between 13-15 MHP most of the time. My HR monitor wasn't working, so no HR metrics today. Suffice it to say, I was well within my limits. I made my way to the last few kickers, guessing how much time it would take to get to the top. I guessed 7 minutes. I think I was off by just a minute +/-. From there, it was the effort back to Banducci. And mostly fun and games from there, back to home. Concentration felt good. Some lapses. But not very detracting. Just had to reel in the stray thoughts. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, some right hand numbness. Gear is working well. The HR monitor didn't work. It was registering in the upper 100's. I replaced the battery since the last ride. Perhaps I got the polarity wrong? Other notes, I saw one other cyclist today, on his way back from Highline. Looked familiar, maybe it was Bob.
